1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to Brandifier. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, bespoke brand identity services, digital interface engineering, and SEO optimization. By engaging our services or accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

2. Scope of Bespoke Services

Brandifier delivers custom-crafted brand architecture, website design, and search engine optimization. All deliverables are executed bespoke for your specific business requirements. We explicitly do not sell or utilize off-the-shelf templates or generic design kits.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon final payment of all agreed service fees, full ownership and commercial copyright of bespoke final design assets, brand guidelines, and custom code tailored for your project transfer to the client. Brandifier retains the right to display completed bespoke work in portfolio case studies unless bound by a prior Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

4. Client Responsibilities & Approvals

The client is responsible for providing timely feedback, assets, and required approvals during the strategy and build phases. Delays in feedback may adjust project delivery schedules accordingly.

5. Confidentiality & Data Protection

Both parties agree to hold all proprietary business data, strategic insights, and project documentation in strict confidence. All personal data collected via our website or consultation forms is processed in full compliance with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / RGPD).

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brandifier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service usage or website access. Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service engagement.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Portugal.
